By accessing panel-nestbase.click or requesting services from Panel Nestbase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work from us.

Services described on this site

Descriptions of budget variance analysis, financial planning dashboard design, retainers, and board pack preparation are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope, fee, and timeline.

Intellectual property

Site content, including text, layout, and original graphics, belongs to Panel Nestbase or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. Deliverables created under a paid engagement are licensed to the client as stated in that engagement letter; underlying methods and templates may remain with Panel Nestbase unless otherwise agreed.

No professional substitute beyond scope

Our work does not constitute statutory audit, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice. Decisions based on variance briefs or planning panels remain the client's responsibility.

Site accuracy

We aim to keep rates, service descriptions, and contact details current. Errors may occur; confirm material points in writing before relying on them for commercial decisions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Panel Nestbase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this site. For paid engagements, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter, and otherwise capped at the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content through forms, or use our materials to misrepresent affiliation with Panel Nestbase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or use of the site, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
