Fees follow scope — entity count, chart-of-accounts complexity, and whether the work is a one-off engagement or a recurring close cadence.
We quote in Hong Kong dollars. The figures below are starting points for a single primary entity with a stable chart of accounts. Multi-entity groups, messy hierarchy mapping, or compressed board timelines increase the fee.

What moves an estimate
- Number of legal entities and whether consolidation is in scope
- Quality of budget and actuals exports at kick-off
- Need for on-site workshops in Hong Kong versus remote sessions
- Compressed timelines ahead of a fixed board date
- Whether prior-period restatement work is required before variance classification
Deposits and billing
One-off engagements usually invoice 40% on kick-off and the balance on delivery of the final brief. Retainers invoice monthly in advance. Board pack cycles invoice on pack finalisation unless a deposit was agreed for a rush timeline.
